If they didn't recover their ROI, it's because of their miscalculation and/or inability to keep up with the demand. eh...what? If they didn't recover their Return On Investment? I think you meant to say R&D expenses. How do you calculate for the growing trend of duped parts in China? A lot of people would like to know the answer to this.
